Peking Gardens is a new premium-class, elite residential complex in the center of Moscow. It stands at the intersection of two main traffic arteries of the capital: the Garden Ring and the Tverskaya-Yamskaya Street, just behind the Peking Hotel.

The complex was designed by Moscow's oldest architectural bureau, M. V. Posokhin Mosproekt-2, and includes two 13-story residential buildings and an office center. Apartments in the Central Administrative Okrug with areas of 60 to 180 m², with 3.05 m ceilings. The top floor accommodates penthouses with floor to ceiling glazing and 4.5 m ceilings, opening to unique views of the center of Moscow.
